A: An exclusive part in the city of Chiang Mai, filled with exotic restaurants and a few nightclubs, within a short distance (5 minute drive) to the major shopping centres, department stores such as Tesco Lotus, Macro, Airport Plaza, BIG C, Carrefour & Rim Ping Supermarket.

Q: How can I book a stay at Viangbua Mansion Serviced Apartment?
A: Booking is very easy and secure. You may make a reservation via e-mail to viangbua@chiangmail.com , or fax to ++66 53 411 224 or telephone us at ++66 53 411 202.

Q: Does the rental rate include breakfast?
A: We include American breakfast for daily & weekly rental only. We can also arrange breakfast as room service order. You need to inform us 1 day in advance. The charge for breakfast per person is as per menu.

Q: Can I have a direct phone line for my room?
A: Yes, you can have your own direct telephone line. However, you need to pay 500 Baht for the service rate. The installation by TT&T Public Company will take at least 14 days.

Q: Is there any laundry service available at Viangbua Mansion Serviced Apartment?
A: Yes, we have launderette and dryer machine on the 1st floor of Viangbua Mansion Building. You will have to insert 20 bahts per wash (maximum 15 kilos) and 20 bahts again if you require the dryer machine.

Q: Is there a limitation for the number of residents?
A: Yes, 2 residents for the 36sq.m., 47sq.m. room and 2 residents for the 71 sq.m., 86 sq.m. room. For children under 15 years old, they can stay with the parents. For the Grand Deluxe - please email viangbua@chiangmail.com to discuss.

Q: Is there cable TV or satellite TV at Viangbua Mansion Serviced Apartment?
A: We have a cable & satellite TV featuring CNN, Star Sport, Star Movies, AXN, NHK (Japanese), Discovery Channel and there are also Thai's TV channels 3,5,7,9,11, ITV, Modernine, Thai Global Networks.

Q: How can I have access to the internet?
A: Hi-speed wireless internet. The wireless is available throughout the building. You will be able to access the internet and the world wide web either in the room, lobby, coffee shop, restaurant, fitness centre or even in the massage room.

Q: Can I bring pets to stay with me?
A: No, we do not have a policy allowing pets in our Viangbua Mansion Service Apartment.

Q: Do you have baby cot and provide babysitter and what's the cost?
A: Sorry, We don't provide this service at the moment.
 

A:  When comparing Viangbua mansion’s price to some other apartments price, our price is higher. That is true. However, when we compare our value to some other values, it is obvious that our value is worth the money. We put emphasis on safety and comfort with our slogan: “Where Safety and Comfort Come First”. Our safety consists of 2 systems which are security equipment and security guards.
